DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES
Herrington Harbour North is a full service Marina and Yacht Yard in a beautiful countryside setting. The Marina has 600 slips and can accommodate boats up to 90 feet. The full-service and do-it-yourself yacht yard has a hauling capacity of 70 tons. A West Marine store is on site with other services available, such as engine mechanics, ship's carpentry, fiber-glass repair, spray painting, canvas and sail repair, electrical, detailing, rigging and propeller shop. Enjoy dinner in our restaurant or take a swim in our private pool with heated whirlpool spa. Visiting boaters have access to free wireless. MARINA APPROACH & DOCKING
Herrington Harbour North is located on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, in the northwest corner of Herring Bay. From green can 81 A, proceed northwest for Herring Bay green #1 (four-legged). Proceed on a westerly course through a float-free channel to Herring Bay red #2. Pass #2 (leave to starboard) and proceed on a northwesterly course towards Rockhold Creek channel red #2, leaving the rock jetty to starboard. Approach depth of the marina and Rockhold Creek is 7 feet MLW. The docks are wooden structures with finger piers and tie-off pilings. The marina monitors VHF channel 9 & 16 upon your approach. Staff hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
